⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought this sake after it was recommended to me as a summery sake. Different from the usual drunken whale label 🐳. Low alcohol and refreshingly fruity. Delicious! So easy to drink that I almost opened a four-pack. I enjoyed it very much with Tsubugai and Kitayosagi sashimi 😊.

It has a muscat-like aroma and gasiness, and when you put it in your mouth, you first feel the sweetness, which flows easily, and then the sourness and bitterness come in a good balance. It is a wonderful sake 😊.

I was completely captivated by the gaseous and refreshing taste after just one sip. I was a little prepared for a fruity sake like the red label, but it was refreshing and easy to drink. As one would expect from Mutsu Hachisen. I enjoyed it very much with horse mackerel sashimi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was looking forward to the snowman. I went to my favorite store hoping that there would be some left when I got the news that it was in stock. There were only two bottles left, but I was able to purchase one 🤩. It has a fruity, fresh aroma, and a gassy, fresh mouthfeel. Sweet but dry and refreshing. I can't stop drinking. Excellent. Very tasty with raw tuna sashimi😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were lucky enough to have some Sentori Akatombo left and bought it immediately. I had already had Kabutomushi, but this was my first time to taste Akatombo. I thought it would have a strong acidity like Kabutomushi, but it had a gorgeous aroma like banana or blue mango, acidity, and a round flavor that was well balanced and was absorbed without any sense of resistance. Even his wife, who is a wine drinker, agreed. We enjoyed it very much with bonito tataki😊Thank you very much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was a white Tedorigawa and I didn't hesitate to buy it. I put it in the freezer an hour before drinking. It is nigori (a bit of a cloudy taste), but it is not sticky and has a nice sharpness. I love the subtle gaseous taste. I enjoyed it with flatfish sashimi.
