⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased this sake after it was recommended to me from among a number of new sake at a store I was familiar with. I was completely captivated by the gaseous and refreshing taste after just one sip. I was a little prepared for a fruity sake like the red label, but it was refreshing and easy to drink. As one would expect from Mutsu Hachisen. I enjoyed it very much with horse mackerel sashimi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was looking forward to the snowman. I went to my favorite store hoping that there would be some left when I got the news that it was in stock. There were only two bottles left, but I was able to purchase one 🤩. It has a fruity, fresh aroma, and a gassy, fresh mouthfeel. Sweet but dry and refreshing. I can't stop drinking. Excellent. Very tasty with raw tuna sashimi😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mild bubbles and fruitiness. It has a sweet taste but is easy to drink with acidity and spiciness. Stable as expected. Delicious with stone crayfish sashimi 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were lucky enough to have some Sentori Akatombo left and bought it immediately. I had already had Kabutomushi, but this was my first time to taste Akatombo. I thought it would have a strong acidity like Kabutomushi, but it had a gorgeous aroma like banana or blue mango, acidity, and a round flavor that was well balanced and was absorbed without any sense of resistance. Even his wife, who is a wine drinker, agreed. We enjoyed it very much with bonito tataki😊Thank you very much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was a white Tedorigawa and I didn't hesitate to buy it. I put it in the freezer an hour before drinking. It is nigori (a bit of a cloudy taste), but it is not sticky and has a nice sharpness. I love the subtle gaseous taste. I enjoyed it with flatfish sashimi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought it because Sanrenboshi was delicious. It has a strong and deep flavor as if it is made from Yamahai (fermented sake). I enjoyed it with horse mackerel and sardine sashimi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love Tetorigawa. I got a bottle of hiyaoroshi and brought it as a souvenir. I put it in the freezer for a little while before drinking. It's very sharp and goes in very smoothly. It's delicious. We enjoyed it very much with salmon 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yoshida Rui is the name of the drunken whale. I've actually never had it 😓. I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't know they made ginjo sake. Cute and affordable with a stylish label💕. I went to the Drunken Whale Brewery website and found that they have an extensive lineup 😲 amazing! The taste is dry and to my liking. It is easy to drink and does not interfere with meals. I enjoyed it with bonito tataki 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the first time I've tried Sanrensei, recommended to me at a liquor store I'm familiar with. I thought it was a gorgeous sake, but it has volume and sharpness, which I like. It might be good chilled. ❄️ I enjoyed it very much with raw yellowfin tuna sashimi 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tetorigawa was so good that I picked up Yoshidagura as well. It was introduced to me as low-alcohol by a liquor store I am familiar with. It has a soft carbonation and a fruity yet crisp flavor. It is wonderful. We enjoyed it very much with sardine and squid sashimi 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A company in Tokyo acquired this sake at a liquor store I am familiar with and they have started to carry it. It has an amber color like white wine. I thought it would be fruity, but it has a dry taste. It was my first time to try this sake, and it made me want to try other sake as well. We enjoyed it with kombujime flatfish.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tedorigawa for the second week in a row. This time it was nigori. I put it in the freezer 30 minutes before drinking. The carbonation is not so strong that it spurts out. It is nigori, but the sharpness and dryness prevail over the sweetness. It was so good that I opened a bottle 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased on recommendation at a liquor store I am familiar with. Although I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, I was surprised by the strong fizz! If I didn't know any better, I would have overflowed. I think it took 5 minutes for the bubbles to settle down. Since this was my first nigori sake, I imagined it would be thick, but it was smooth. It was an enjoyable sake with sweetness and acidity along with a gaseous taste. I enjoyed it with sashimi of raw tuna and flatfish 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Light in the mouth and definitely a summer sake. I heard it was low alcohol but it didn't feel that way. I had it with flatfish and flat clams sashimi 😊.
