Purchased this sake after it was recommended to me from among a number of new sake at a store I was familiar with.
I was completely captivated by the gaseous and refreshing taste after just one sip.
I was a little prepared for a fruity sake like the red label, but it was refreshing and easy to drink. As one would expect from Mutsu Hachisen.
I enjoyed it very much with horse mackerel sashimi.

I was looking forward to the snowman. I went to my favorite store hoping that there would be some left when I got the news that it was in stock. There were only two bottles left, but I was able to purchase one 🤩.
It has a fruity, fresh aroma, and a gassy, fresh mouthfeel. Sweet but dry and refreshing. I can't stop drinking. Excellent.

We were lucky enough to have some Sentori Akatombo left and bought it immediately.
I had already had Kabutomushi, but this was my first time to taste Akatombo. I thought it would have a strong acidity like Kabutomushi, but it had a gorgeous aroma like banana or blue mango, acidity, and a round flavor that was well balanced and was absorbed without any sense of resistance. Even his wife, who is a wine drinker, agreed.

There was a white Tedorigawa and I didn't hesitate to buy it. I put it in the freezer an hour before drinking.
It is nigori (a bit of a cloudy taste), but it is not sticky and has a nice sharpness. I love the subtle gaseous taste.

I love Tetorigawa. I got a bottle of hiyaoroshi and brought it as a souvenir. I put it in the freezer for a little while before drinking. It's very sharp and goes in very smoothly. It's delicious.

A company in Tokyo acquired this sake at a liquor store I am familiar with and they have started to carry it.
It has an amber color like white wine. I thought it would be fruity, but it has a dry taste. It was my first time to try this sake, and it made me want to try other sake as well.

The carbonation is not so strong that it spurts out. It is nigori, but the sharpness and dryness prevail over the sweetness.
