This was my first time to try Amami after being recommended at a restaurant.
It was also my first nigori sake. It is a seasonal sake.
It has a peachy sweetness. It has a refreshing sweetness and a pleasant gassy feeling. I also felt a hint of sourness.
I would like to try the regular sake as well.
It was very delicious 😊.

For the fourth week in a row, Wind Forest. This time, dewy leaf wind 807.
Aroma of blue banana-like fruit. When I opened the bottle, I heard a loud "pop! When I opened the bottle, there was a loud "pop" sound, so I thought it might be highly carbonated, but it had gentle bubbles. The acidity and sweetness are exquisite and I never get tired of drinking it.
The store staff told me that the taste changes depending on the tank number. If you look closely, you can see the label on the back. Autumn Tank 5005.
I don't have such a delicate sense of taste, but I would like to compare them if I have a chance.
We enjoyed it with seasonal hokki-gai and aji-sardine sashimi 😊.

For the third week in a row, Kaze no Mori. This time it was Omachi 807.
Sweet aroma like banana. On the palate, fine bubbles and acidity make for a clean taste. Delicious with horse mackerel and sardine sashimi 😊.

Akitsuho 657 is delicious, and I've been to Kaze no Mori for two weeks in a row.
Very beautiful sake.

I was in the worst shape with fever, joint pain, and fatigue due to an adverse reaction to the fourth dose of the corona vaccine, but when I heard that Mutsu Hachisen Isaribi Unpasteurized Sake was in stock, I was so excited that I went to my favorite sake store to buy it. (I fell asleep after returning home. (I fell asleep after I got home. Really stupid.)
I had it with squid sashimi. It is delicious raw 😊.
