It is limited to the brewery store and has a nice Mt. Asama etching. It was very easy to drink, paired with any food, and complemented our meal. It reminded me to be modest and humble at the start of the New Year.

I became a sake lover because of my life in Suwa. This bottle is brewed with Suwa's No. 7 yeast, Suwa's water and rice. The scenery of Suwa comes to life before your eyes. The mouthfeel, which is quite guttural, is clear like Suwa people, but warm, making you want to see them again.

Since our town Iida was introduced on TV as a town of yakiniku (grilled meat), here is a bottle that goes well with yakiniku! Yakiniku soy sauce and plenty of wasabi (Japanese horseradish) on the ribs. The wasabi softens the delicious fat, and the flavor fills your mouth as you gulp it down. It is endless.

My First Kaku-uchi Experience The sake was selected in a stylish setting. I was attracted by the cute elephant's etiquette, and when I took a sip, I found it to be a very rich and flavorful elephant. It is a perfect place to enjoy sake in a relaxed atmosphere.

A newly started month is over and the holidays are upon us. With so many things I didn't understand, I ran through the month without drinking my favorite sake. I reached out for a bottle of sake from a new brewery at a familiar liquor store. It was tasty, clean, and pure and innocent. It made me think that this is what it means to be new. It was the kind of sake that I expect to have many flavors added to it in the future.
