I like the coloring of this etiket. It goes well with any food without any peculiarities. A bottle received from my father. The sake rice is Aizan, and I am so happy to receive a gift with love even at my age. I'll have to prepare a nice souvenir for my trip home.

I received this as a birthday gift from a junior colleague at work. I was so happy I had a big reaction to it. It is a delicious sake, perfect for a mealtime drink. I will drink it with care. It is the first time for me to receive a birthday gift from a junior colleague, and I am glad that I have worked hard for it!

It was like being complimented by a golden eticket, and I bought it immediately on the recommendation of the liquor store owner. It is fruity and easy to drink. It also has a good umami flavor. I am always grateful for brands from the same brewery. Today's hiyaoroshi was brewed during the "big cold" season, and after the summer, the corners have been completely removed and it has become rounded, making it very easy to drink. I found a good sake to celebrate the completion of a big job. With half a year to go, October is the month I want to mature myself.

A pop-up note from the owner of the liquor store said that the sake was so good that you could drink it like juice, saying, "I want to drink it all up with a straw. I had it with a glass of cold soup to start off the summer. It has a sweet aroma like melon, but not too sweet. I like it well chilled. I am sure it will not last until the cicadas sing. It will be gone by tomorrow.

The current year is over and the long awaited opening of the bottle. Spring has arrived with full of sweet aroma along with gas as if the lid was about to pop off. The sweetness and flavor are outstanding. Enjoying the aroma through the nose, we are now ready to relieve the fatigue of the current fiscal year. Kame-no-umi is a place where one can enjoy the seasons of spring, summer, and fall. We hope to be of service again next year.
