The brewery is located on the opposite side of the lake from the setting of a popular novel.
Cool sake reminiscent of the clear water of Lake Biwa and the cool breeze across the lake.
Not too sweet, fresh and crisp.
It makes me want to go back to Shiga Prefecture to make a pilgrimage to the holy land.
