There are so many other sake breweries that I don't know about, and I want to visit them one after another, but I get a pamphlet or something, I can't take a picture and can't hold a boar's mouth, and the things I get are immediately put into my backpack!
◉Sugihime Kogyo No Honor Junmai Ginjo
From the firm acidity, it has a strong sour taste with a firm astringency. Umaumauma-san said she didn't dislike it.
There were fewer visitors than expected, and I was grateful that I was able to sample the wines without crowding the booths, but the number of visitors was much lower than expected, and the atmosphere was such that Osaka will probably not host the event in the future.

Hi Pon-chan 😃I imagined the tasting booths would be like standing in line and then back in line again, but it wasn't like that at all, it was more crowded than the Shikoku Sake booth at Kyocera Dome 😅.

I heard from a person from a sake brewery in Mie that they were expecting 2,500 people for each show but only 500 tickets were sold and the total number of tickets may or may not go up to 2,000 😔.
I think it's because of the high ticket price because it's a set with shochu... 😔.

Good evening, bouken🌛Before the event, I was worried about being able to do the tasting because it was so crowded, but there were much fewer people, which was good for the tasters 😅I'm sure the organizers would like to never do it again💦.
