We went to Fukushima-kan in Higashi-Nihonbashi for a hearing in Inawashiro-machi, Fukushima Prefecture. After hearing the story, it was only natural that we went on a sake expedition. We went to the sake corner of the store. I bought a bottle by the label. I checked the sake level. +It was +6 to +8, but it tasted sweet and elegant. I tried it cold. This is a cold sake. The elegance of this sake is different from that of the other sake from Kyoto, Tama no Hikari.

Hello. Thank you for drinking sake from my hometown, Minamiaizu Town! The eldest daughter of this brewery is my classmate from kindergarten. (lol)

Thank you for your comment. I am glad to hear that your classmate is a brewery owner. It's delicious, without any flattery. It is a bottle, so you can enjoy it for a while.

I've been brainwashed by the owner of a liquor store about Minami Aizu sake, so I'll be sure to get some if I see any local sake anywhere in the future.

It was a bottle named after General Togo that made my back stand up straight. I've also attached a photo of the original Suirai that I took at the Togo Shrine in Chichibu. I took it with all my heart. It tasted dry and was served at room temperature.

It had a powerful flavor reminiscent of former Sekiwake Masuarao and Abumatsu Oyakata. It was dry even though it was heavy. The label has a rather refreshing design, but the contents were thick. It was better at room temperature than warmed.

I had it warmed up. It has a reassuring taste. Sometimes I feel like drinking Tamano Hikari. It's usually available at any supermarket. I was traumatized by the experience of getting drunk from the warmed sake served at a party at a cheap izakaya (Japanese pub), and since then, I've been unable to drink sake, but I've barely been able to drink the cold sake from Niigata that I go to for work. Tamanomitsu brought me back to the world of heated sake. Thank you, Tamanomitsu.

It's a sake from Okayama Prefecture, but I drank it a long time ago, so I don't know what kind of brewer it is anymore. The sake rice is Omachi and Usunigori, and the label has a stylish feel to it. I got a 500 yen coupon, so I'll probably buy the same one and another one next time.

I just uploaded a bottle, but I drank this one first. It's been cold lately, so I wanted to drink it warm, so I got this one at my local Fat Yasu. I was attracted by the word "Hitotsu". I guess it's the nature of being a Titan's Star Age, I'm weak to words like that. It was just like the word "Ittochu". I did all of them with warmed sake. Maybe it's best to warm it up because of the season.

It's been very cold lately, and I wanted to drink some oranges, so I bought a No. 4 bottle, which won the highest gold medal in the value category of the Kanzake contest. It was a good one. The POP in the store said it was a little sweet, but I don't think it was. It was delicious. The earth seems to be warming up, but it's been a while since we've had a cold day like this. It's a good thing that sake can be heated up.

The brewer is Fujibashi Tosaburo Store in Fukaya. The area is famous for leek, so it seems to go well with pork and chicken menus with strong flavor and stimulation. It is undiluted sake, a little sweet. But, it's good, in the case of nigori, there is an extreme sweetness, but the sweetness is near the entrance of the extreme sweetness, sometimes not bad. I opened it slowly to be careful not to blow it out.

When I went to the store to buy some Kamenoumi, I saw a bottle in the refrigerator case with a label that said "Danger⁉︎" hanging from the neck. I was quite fascinated by the words that you would see in a home improvement store: "Don't mix". Unfortunately, it was very quiet when I opened the bottle. I had a couple of bottles of Nigori earlier this spring, but I think I liked them better. I'll give it a try if I can find one for evening drinking.

We went to the Kochi shop to get some Haniniku Nutas. Of course, that's not all we did. We strolled through the sake section in the basement. After 4 or 5 rounds without any prior knowledge, I bought it because it was unfiltered. The bottle was a bit small, and the label didn't have any outstanding impression, so it looked rather plain, but it was delicious. I'll buy it again when I go to Ginza 1-chome. The price was about 1,200 yen for a 4-gallon bottle, just like surgeon Daimon Michiko, who said, "I don't buy expensive sake. I recommend it for its richness.

At the first sip, I was pleasantly surprised by the Nagano sake flavor and the aroma that came through the nose. I liked it because of its elegant sweetness. The label is refreshing and nice. Also, I changed the pronunciation of "Kame-no-umi" to sound like the name of a sumo wrestler. Kamenoumi" from Saku City, Nagano Prefecture.

It is like a sake served at the table of an international conference. I thought it was a sake that had a sharpness to the flavor I thought it was a sake with a wine-like part that people overseas would like. I would like overseas sake beginners to try it first. If you suddenly drink something like a triple brewed sake, you'll end up hating sake, just like me. Right now, I'm trying to recover from the past.

I've had Yamahai Junmai and GARYUBAI in Shizuoka before, and I was left with the impression that the taste brought back memories of those times. There are regional flavors, aren't there? I didn't warm it up, but I think it would be good at room temperature or chilled. It was very good.

He drinks a lot. This is the first time I've given it to you. When I drink this kind of alcohol, I feel that there are many things that I can't do even if I try many things. However, it's just my perspective because it has a strong personality. It is natural to have a different taste sometimes. I would like to continue to enjoy the differences in the Japanese archipelago and regions.

We drank it in the summer sake category. I didn't know what summer was, but it was good. Maybe it was forced to be released in a summer bottle⁇ I thought it was good for all seasons. I did the whole bottle cold.

I was curious about it when I went to Yamaguchi and drank a bottle of ordinary sake, Santohi, at the inn. My impression of it was that it had a strong rice flavor, which I liked. Recently, I've been preferring darker than the middle rather than too heavy. It seems that my body wants it that way. When I drink at home, my limiter tends to be a little loose... If I see a bottle of Santouka in town, I'll get a bigger bottle next time.

It's almost a month bri JAPAN. We did the real shochu, especially the single malt, iodine tincture kind of stuff. The sake we drank today was bought at an agricultural antenna shop in our neighborhood. It says on the label that it is a nigori-shu (a kind of sake made by heating sake) which is originally exported, but it is distributed in Japan as a raw sake. It is slightly foamy and pleasant to drink. I almost finished the whole bottle, but I came back to myself and left about a third of it for next time. It was good. The taste is relatively firm. It's refreshing, but also has a nice firmness to it, so it's good with all kinds of food, Japanese, Western, and Chinese. It seems to be available only for a limited time, so if you see it, I recommend it.

I took a picture of it but forgot to post it. I'm sure it was delicious, but I forgot the details of whether it was cold or warmed... The date was around the time it was cold, so probably room temperature. I'll have to drink it again, I wonder where I bought it

I've had this before. I think it was a few years ago, and it was so good that I bought it when I saw it in an insert at my local supermarket. It has words like "Junmai Daiginjo", "Genshu", and "Yamadanishiki" scattered all over it, but the label is quite modest and has a Brazilian feel to it. I wonder if it's a statement that they don't spend money on it? I did it with Taiwanese pineapple, which I finally got, and it was noticeably spicier. I'll buy it again when I see it. I like it a lot.

I only tasted Ottersai at Depa Basement, so I didn't face it properly. It's a famous brand, and the taste is like an honor student. It was classy. It is said to be "out of this world", but I think it is not much different from the regular sake. I've never had it, so I'm just guessing.
