The brewer is Fujibashi Tosaburo Store in Fukaya. The area is famous for leek, so it seems to go well with pork and chicken menus with strong flavor and stimulation. It is undiluted sake, a little sweet. But, it's good, in the case of nigori, there is an extreme sweetness, but the sweetness is near the entrance of the extreme sweetness, sometimes not bad. I opened it slowly to be careful not to blow it out.
