Takashimaya Sake Festival
I went to Inada Honten for hiyaoroshi sake, which I bought last year, but did not try to taste the sake at Shinkoro, so I decided to buy this one too!
It is very crisp and dry, but the umami is thick!
It has a ripe sweetness.
The aroma is refreshing!
The warmed sake is dry and dry, but still has a nice ripeness and warmth.
Cold sake is not at recommended temperature, but it is good!
Mr. Ota lives in Kagurazaka.
The soba looked delicious!
It is a dry and refreshing sake with a strong umami taste of rice.
It is a sake that can be drunk smoothly.
It seems that this sake was named after General Togo!
Strong taste!
Sake beginners may go "wow".
This kind of thing is possible!
I looked it up, but it's private about a lot of things, so I had no idea lol.
I wonder if they put it to sleep? It was a little heavy sake.
It was a bottle named after General Togo that made my back stand up straight. I've also attached a photo of the original Suirai that I took at the Togo Shrine in Chichibu. I took it with all my heart. It tasted dry and was served at room temperature.
