I chose it for the subject of about 2,000 yen for dinner. This quality for less than 2,000 yen is wonderful. Dry. I don't know if it's my taste, but I tend to drink dry sake at room temperature or chilled rather than warmed. It's dry, but it's also moderately sweet.

I went to a liquor store I often go to with the theme of "within 2,000 yen for a nightcap"... 2,200 yen including tax, and just barely 2,000 yen considering the consumption tax. It's called "Honjozo for Evening Drinking", but I thought it was far beyond the realm of evening drinking. I've also heated it, but in today's climate, I'd serve it at room temperature. In the summer, it might be better to chill it. I was quite impressed.

This is a special junmai with a mature taste. It seems light at first, but it has a lot of flavor and a hint of depth. It's pure rice, so it should have been heated... I drank it all cold. It's the first sake rice I've seen, so I googled it. It is said to be a sake rice that once went extinct and was revived. It is brewed with subsoil water from Mt. I'm getting interested in it. I'll have to check out this Kame-no-o sake rice in the future. However, it would be better if we could check the data before drinking.

I bought this at the end of the year for New Year's because I was in the mood for nigori sake, but now that it's near the end of January, I decided to open it before Setsubun. It's delicious. It's not too sweet, but it has some depth. It has a sense of depth, and Tamagawa was my favorite unfiltered junmai drink. I think this nigorizake will be well received by all. I think I'll buy it again when it runs out ^ ^.

A gift from a child. He says he likes it. I think it was better at room temperature than cold. Even if it is room temperature, it is cool if you leave it in the hallway because of this cold weather. It was moderately dry. It was also good warmed up.

I think this is the first time for me to drink a high quality sounding 100% Yamada Nishiki.

The alcohol content is very strong in this nama-shu. It is easy to understand if you compare it with Kikusui's nama-shu, which you often drink when you ride the Joetsu Shinkansen in Niigata Prefecture. It is easy to compare it with Kikusui. It may be good with fish such as sashimi or boiled fish rather than Osechi dishes.

Ah, it was a strong and impressive bottle that felt like a Nagano sake. I drank all of it chilled, but after I finished it, I began to wonder how it would have been with an orphan. It is probably not suitable for orphan.

Thank you for the many ❤️s from the other day. Koshikoi is a sake from Katsuura, Chiba, with a darker alcohol content. We found it in a supermarket in Chiba prefecture, along with Junmai. Without hesitation, I chose the darker alcohol sake. I wonder if the roots are suspicious, but the higher alcohol is important. A little sweetness. There was also a sense of sophistication. It was a long time ago, but I was living in Chiba Prefecture. At that time, I was not good at drinking sake, and I knew there were many sake breweries in Chiba Prefecture, but I never had a chance to drink it. If you have the chance, try junmai next time.

When I was wondering what kind of sake I should buy, the owner recommended this one. It was quite dry. I didn't like it at room temperature, so I tried it warmed up and decided it would be good warmed up, so I drank most of the bottle warmed up. It's not sweet, so it doesn't feel sticky when heated, but it's dry and has weight. I'd like to try it again in a price range like this (under 2000 yen).

It was a fresh sake from a brewery we passed by. A brewery located along Numata Tonkatsu Kaido. It seemed to be a local brewery. I heard that the sake is cooked and shipped in the fall, but I imagined it was better on the raw side. There are several breweries in the area, so I'm sure I'll end up going to the major ones, but if you have a chance, you might want to stop by. From what I've heard, it looks like it's a bit on the quiet side, but this Namazook is very good. (I prefer a thicker one.) We can't find the brewer's name because we used the garbage from the bottle.

It's a mildly sweet, muddy sake. The fruity and fresh sour taste is good. It was good for sashimi, dried fish, and Jibe stew. If it runs out, do I buy it again?

I think it's unpasteurized, but I hear it's been burned and the alcohol content is a little high, so I like it. It seems to be a summer-only brew, so I'll be buying it again.
