We went to the sake corner of the store. I bought a bottle by the label. I checked the sake level. ＋It was +6 to +8, but it tasted sweet and elegant. I tried it cold. This is a cold sake. The elegance of this sake is different from that of the other sake from Kyoto, Tama no Hikari.
