飲んだ瞬間これはなんだ！？って感じました。 例えるならCinzano Rosso みたいな風味の日本酒でした。確かに買うときに変わった感じのお酒が飲みたいってなこと言って買ったのですが、想像を超えてきました。酵母が日本酒のではなく…みたいな話を聞いていたのでそれのせいでしょう。 とても甘くフルーティ（日本酒のフルーティのレベルではない）なお酒でした。

裏のラベルの通り二律背反の感じがあります。酸が強く日本酒っぽい入り口から喉越しは一変しフルーティに変わっていたり、口に入れた瞬間辛口の酒と思ったら喉を通すと甘く感じる。そんな不思議なお酒でした。色々な人と飲みどう感じたのか聞きながら語りながら飲んでみたいお酒でした。
