Purchased directly from Okazaki Sake Brewery It has a sweet aroma. The taste is juicy sweet and a little gassy. The aftertaste is complex with sourness, bitterness, and sharpness. It was a convincing and delicious sake! Nozawana oyaki bread from Tsuruya went well with it.

First the supernatant Sweet and gorgeous aroma, sweet and fruity The sweetness remains, which is characteristic of Romain, but it is very sharp. The sweetness is like Calpis water without the lactobacillus taste. Next, it is filled with cucumber. Melon aroma, fruity and sharp, with a distinctly sake-like flavor.

Mildly acidic aroma The mouthfeel is clean and mild The sweetness, umami and acidity are all light. The alcohol content of 12 degrees may be the reason. We had it for lunch with mori soba (buckwheat noodles). Because it is a sake from Nagano It was perfect with soba noodles!

Fruity, which is evident from the aroma. Pineapple taste and slight gasiness It is sweet but has a sharp taste. I was left with an impression of bitterness in the aftertaste. As a food wine, you may choose what to drink with it. It may be served with boiled wild vegetables to match the bitterness. or sweets with sweetness might be a good match.

Sake-like light and dry aroma The taste from the nose was white grape juice! No sweetness lingers in the aftertaste, and in a good sense, it was a sake not unlike a kijoshu! It was served with NISHIKAWA's Adult Anshokuban bread supervised by Kuroryu Sake Brewery!

Koshizui C3 Junmai Ginjyo Usu Nigori Sake Camp Limited Edition Buy at Niigata Sake-no-jin First the supernatant. Mild aroma, yogurt soda! The aftertaste is refreshing with a firm alcohol taste. Then followed by a light nigori The aroma and full-bodied push became stronger! And it's still well balanced! We served it with asparagus gratin! While the fruity flavor was preserved, it tasted drier It tasted drier when paired with cream dishes!

At the restaurant attached to the brewery Reborn was my favorite of the day among all the sakes we compared. The aroma was very typical of sake, and the mouthfeel was light and fruity. The taste has a strong acidity and a lingering umami flavor. Overall, a well balanced sake. It went well with clam soba with soy sauce! What else we drank Honjozo nigori raw sake, Junmai Ginjo, and Namahashiroshi Junmai. All were delicious!

At first, from the supernatant. The aroma is mild. Melon-like sweet and fruity, but the acidity from the gas gives a sharp impression. A sweet aftertaste lingers on the palate. Then, the cork is added. The melon is stronger, but the balance is still well balanced. The aftertaste is flattened. Overall, it was a fresh and delicious sake with a pressed feel. Perhaps it's my imagination, but my hay fever nose seems to have improved! I enjoyed it with sakura mochi (rice cake with sakura blossoms).

At Kinone Omoya in Iinuma Honke Label on the far right The sweetness was the lightest and the umami was the strongest. It did not give the impression of being too dry as the name suggests. The more you go from Junmai Yawaraka to Junmai Ginjo Hanayaka, the more sweet and fruity it became. the more sweet and fruity it became. I was surprised to feel a sense of gas even though it was hi-ire! It was a fulfilling lunch with a boxed set of dishes!

First, just the supernatant. With a solid sake aroma. Sweet and sour with a strong sweetness. And the aftertaste is dry and bitter. You can enjoy the sake by itself! Next, with Ori The richness and umami are added, but the sweetness and bitterness remain the same. This one is for those who like to drink with food or for those who like umami! I had it with mandarin orange and chicken. The sweet, sour and bitter flavors went very well together!

It had a nostalgic aroma. The mouthfeel was clean and refreshing. The acidity is lighter than I expected. It has a light acidity and a full-bodied flavor. I paired it with an espresso affogado that I had brewed on the spot. It was a novel but fitting combination! I was convinced that it was as nutty as the acidic coffee I would like to try heating it up and enjoy the change in flavor!

Sake made with Miyamanishiki and yeast that went to space and returned From the fruity-sweet aroma The aftertaste is clean, dry, and dry. It smells a bit like kuromitsu soybean flour. I thought it was a delicious and interesting sake!

At Japanese Cuisine Mineo in Niigata City I had it cold in a wine glass. The sweet aroma and fruity taste was like yogurt. It went very well with fish and simmered dishes as a mealtime sake.
