Mildly acidic aroma
The mouthfeel is clean and mild
The sweetness, umami and acidity are all light.
The alcohol content of 12 degrees may be the reason.
We had it for lunch with mori soba (buckwheat noodles).
Because it is a sake from Nagano
It was perfect with soba noodles!
