At a corner bar. Aromatic aroma and a smooth taste you would not expect from the aroma. The fruity aftertaste is very pleasant and lingers on. The temperature range changes it a lot. If you want to enjoy the aroma lightly, drink it well chilled, but if you want to enjoy the full aromatic flavor, drink it at room temperature. As a note to self, I prefer it cold with a refreshing aftertaste.

It had a nostalgic aroma. The mouthfeel was clean and refreshing. The acidity is lighter than I expected. It has a light acidity and a full-bodied flavor. I paired it with an espresso affogado that I had brewed on the spot. It was a novel but fitting combination! I was convinced that it was as nutty as the acidic coffee I would like to try heating it up and enjoy the change in flavor!

Sake made with Miyamanishiki and yeast that went to space and returned From the fruity-sweet aroma The aftertaste is clean, dry, and dry. It smells a bit like kuromitsu soybean flour. I thought it was a delicious and interesting sake!
