Melon-like sweet and fruity, but the acidity from the gas gives a sharp impression.
A sweet aftertaste lingers on the palate.
Then, the cork is added.
The melon is stronger, but the balance is still well balanced.
The aftertaste is flattened.
Overall, it was a fresh and delicious sake with a pressed feel.
Perhaps it's my imagination, but my hay fever nose seems to have improved!
I enjoyed it with sakura mochi (rice cake with sakura blossoms).
