I saw it at an antenna store and bought it. The sweetness softly came on top of the sourness which quickly receded. The taste is not too strong, but rather, it is like a breeze that carries the deliciousness along with it.

I also finally came across a sake from Miyazaki yesterday. The person at the restaurant seemed to have purchased it from a brewery in Miyazaki and offered it to me as a special treat. The rest of one prefecture is of course there.

Cheering sake flavor. Dark amber color. The color is like barley tea, if anything. It is recommended to be heated. Tried it cold and found it to be quite mellow. It tastes very rich even when heated. It tastes like the aged sake I had before. Why is that? It seems to be a bit too much for some tastes, but surprisingly, it goes well with food.

The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a sharp and punchy umami taste! It has a sweetness and a dry taste with a pinch of sweetness. It was perfect as a food sake in the beginning of the hot season. The label design is also to my liking.

Even people who don't like sake could enjoy it. It was the first time for me to buy a four-pack of sake. As it progressed, the cloudy color became darker, and it went from a lactobacillus drink to a sweet sake. The low alcohol content meant that even though I drank a lot of sake, I didn't get too drunk and was able to enjoy it.

Petit sizzle that pops. Sweet and sour like green apple. It is like a sparkling wine and would be good as an aperitif. As the day goes by, the schwarziness disappears, but the rounded flavor increases and you can enjoy the change.
