I went with Hirotogawa today 😆. It's really sweet and relaxing 😊. And it's a sake that makes you feel kind 😍. The best mix of sweet and sweet is this one. And the slight bitterness in the aftertaste is also nice 😋. It's like a special junmai with a hint of bitterness...really delicious👍

It's GW ❗️ We don't go far away from home, but we are always relaxing in the neighborhood 😃. Today, we played a league game of grass soccer ⚽️ Unfortunately, we lost 1-2 😭. I was so frustrated and ran a lot that I drank a lot of water early 🥂... 🥂. First time in Oyama...in a word...delicious 😆. Mainly umami! Good acidity and alu feeling afterwards Good balance: ❗️ I have a feeling I'm going to drink it on the first day of consecutive holidays 😅

Good evening 😃 It's getting warmer all of a sudden somehow! Tonight's accompaniment is a sake I was curious about when I saw the label: ❗️ It has a kind of powerful impression. Oh, unlike the impression on the label, this one has a great umami (flavor). ❗️ And it finishes with a slight bitterness 😋😆. Oh no~ummah❗️ I think this is the first time I've tasted a rough-run brew in a long time 😊.

Good evening 😃 It's been a while since I've seen Yamamoto ❗️ I saw the No. 6 yeast and picked it up without any trouble.......just like Pavlov's dog 🐶😅. And then... when I drank it... It's pichi shuwa... Rice flavor and bitter acidity with a nice sharpness You'll want to get your hands on it again soon 😋😆. Yamamoto is so good at this, it feels like it fits me... I like it 😊. Day 3: A whole day of pause... A whole day and a pause... Ah, the bitterness before the sharpness started to appear more: ❗️ This is also delicious ❗️😆

Good evening 😃 I picked up a bottle of Urahasen...at my favorite liquor store...the young clerk said in a cheerful voice "Oh! This is delicious! I took it home with me. Let's see.... Almost a rice flavor Fruit taste (sweet pineapple?) Clear and no cloying taste And then it goes sharp. Faint acidity Definitely delicious ❗️😋 That's my young brother at the liquor store👍 Let me know if you have any more good sake 😆.

Good evening 😃. It's been cold yesterday and today. And my eyes and nose have been getting all mushy lately... 🤧. I heard there's a lot of airborne this year... I'll just have to drink to forget about it... 😅 I thought it would be sweet & nasty looking, but when I drank it, the taste was refreshing with a sour and sour taste: ❗️ It's very smooth on the palate, but full of rice flavor. ❗️ It was surprisingly easy to drink 😋.

Almost no aroma Soft taste Slightly fresh It's like mellow water, easy to drink and has a nice sharpness. What? Is it 17%? It feels like it's 17%. I can't stop drinking it!

Tonight we drank at Hirotogawa 😊. I couldn't drink the nigori that is the talk of the town, so I bought this one to try and drink. Oh, what a gentle and outstanding sweetness and umami 😃. It has a very soft taste and it's kind of relaxing 😋. This is so good 😆. I'll make love to you too! I want to drink more Hirotogawa and learn more about sake brewing 😊.

The last bottle of the series as a reaction to not being able to drink at New Year's 🎶. Oh, my local liquor store recently sold it individually 👍. Thank goodness 😊. When you put it in your mouth, it has a lot of umami! Slight bitterness while the umami spreads in the mouth And then it finishes. ...a little bitterness remains It was Friday night when I realized once again that "New Year's Day" is an excuse to drink 😅...

Good evening 😊 A series of rebound from not being able to drink at New Year's (Part 3) 😅 I was attracted by the simple label and the meaningful name "3 grains of Daemine" 🚙💨 and brought it back at the end of the year. Sake from Yamaguchi...I thought it would be sweet and tasty 🍶, but then I tried it! It tastes fresh, clean and beautiful...oh! This is also delicious! If you look closely, it's 100% Dewa Sanzan 😊Nice 👍 I feel like I'm going to be drinking it all the time😅 And I feel like I've been saying every single one of them is delicious lately😅. Maybe I have an insensitive tongue, but I'm happy it's good 😊.
