Mitsuo Yamakawa...nicely named 😃. The gasiness and clean dry taste attack and the umami comes later 👍. Looks like it would go perfectly with tempura and sashimi 😊. It's a collection of great breweries, so there's no reason it can't be good... 😆.

Everyone loves the cargo tag liquor: ❤️ I took the liberty of pushing it on everyone 🙇🙇🙇. The weather is not looking good tomorrow and I'm drinking it 😆. Oh, it's really light unlike other sake ❗️ It's also very refreshing and tasty: ❗️ I'm not tired of drinking it 😅 All of the shippuda are so good it's hard to decide which one is better 😊. My wife doesn't drink so her feelings come out in the sake crocodile 🙇.

My new favorite mountain san😊. It's still delicious 😋. Fresh, mild taste, a little sweet, a little bitter, well balanced 👍 It's affordable and easy on the pocketbook 😃. I want to support them but I don't want them to become too popular 😆.

I finally opened the door! Not because of any special event or happy occasion. It was simply because I wanted to drink 😆. Of course, it's delicious ❗️ It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has a sweetness to it, but I love how you can really taste the rice flavor 😋. I think the rice flavor and sharpness is the key to Sake 😋. Shinshu Kamerei is all high quality and makes a difference 👍. But sometimes I want to drink rough sake with a lot of bitter taste. Sorry for my boasting 🙇. I'm just talking to myself 🙇.

I found a nigori I've never seen before. It seems to be called "Yukimo"...or cute 😊. I brought it home 🚗💨 It almost overflowed a little...but it's safe! The taste is a perfect balance of sweet, sweet, sour and bitter 😆. Not too dry, not too sweet, but great with a hint of sourness and bitterness 😋. I think I found an amazing one with a cute name: ❗️😆
