And I made mansaku flowers this evening. Oh no, it's delicious. ❗️ Sweet and tasty, yet light! It's really strange 😋. I want to drink it more and more😅 I would recommend this one 😊.

Good evening 😃 We drink Sake at Christmas too 😃❗️ I don't feel like it's the season... but I figured everyone in Sake no Wa would feel the same way, so I posted without worrying 😅. 4 years old sake I don't feel the sense of maturity so much. Sweetness, umami, and rich taste on the tongue It also goes down your throat gently. It is an easy-drinking sake.

Good evening 😃 I wanted to drink a nigori - so I decided on this one: ❗️ Ponk ❗️ sounds good 😆 Almost no aroma (maybe it's my nose 😅) Slightly tangy on the palate Slightly sweet and slightly bitter on the tongue mmm, I can't resist... it's delicious 😋. Hanaizumi is good👍 And this winter, Hirotogawa nigori, I won't miss it 😆.

I remembered I got it anyway because I had never heard or seen this sake before: ❗️ I let it sit for a while. Gentle on the palate Good umami Moderately dry Slight acidity This one strikes me as a pretty good match: ❗️ I was expecting it to be fruity and easy to drink since it's made by a female brewer, but I was pleasantly surprised 😅. I had never seen or heard of it so I bought it 🎵 Tottori painted over it... 😊 Let's see... Yamahai? The color and aroma is so nice! I wonder if it's caramel-like. The mouthfeel is very matured. Umami, of course. The acidity is stronger. It's been a while since I've had a sake like this. ❗️ I'll drink the rest of it warmed up 😋!

It's a good sake with a good balance of sweet and sour taste ❗️ Wine and beer are good, but the place to go back to is sake 👍 Drunkard's homing instinct It's not a drunk's homing instinct.
