Junmai Daiginjo Yamae Nishiki 40
Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi 50%.
Junmai Ginjo Kinmonishiki 50%.
Junmai-ginjo Hitogochi, light nigori 50%.
Yamae-Nishiki is very juicy 😆.
It has acidity, but the juiciness is definitely superior ❗️
It's got a good umami taste, so there's nothing to say about it 😆 ❗️
I wonder how many more Yamasan there are... I'm going to drink them all 😃.

It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has a sweetness to it, but I love how you can really taste the rice flavor 😋.
I think the rice flavor and sharpness is the key to Sake 😋.
Shinshu Kamerei is all high quality and makes a difference 👍.
But sometimes I want to drink rough sake with a lot of bitter taste.
