They don't have Shizuoka sake here. So I had a drink there.
There is my favorite sake from Aizu. I have to say, nothing beats the crystal clear water of Aizu!
Super light and dry. The sharp bitterness is nice!
I'm eating tuna sashimi and beef hormone, so I was right in choosing this one.
