Delicious. It is not as spectacular as the earlier Jun, but the taste without any clutter means that this is Shimehari Tsuru.
Tempura of ice head and cod sprouts.
They are in great shape.

The second cup is Oyomori.
Both are delicious. There are different tastes, but Shimehari-zuru has no bitterness.
Both are pleasant to drink.
The owner of this bar prepares ice caps. It is delicious. Salmon in Murakami is delicious no matter where you eat it. Of course, it is only possible with the right technique.
