Tetorigawa after a long absence.
The rice used for this sake is "Hyakumangoku No Shiro", a new sake rice from Ishikawa Prefecture. The quality of the sake is clear with low protein content.
It is a bit sweet, but has a good amount of gas and a sharpness at the end.
Good for an aperitif.
