When I was just starting out in the business world, I used to drink this brand with my seniors at a certain izakaya in Hiroshima.
Of course, I was just a kid back then, so I don't remember the taste, but I had it for the first time in over 20 years.
I had it lukewarm and it was delicious with an old-fashioned sake feel 😊.

I don't know if Tochigi sake is sold in the Kansai region, but I haven't encountered it very often. The only Tochigi sake I encounter in stores is "Shikizakura" or something like that. I'm not sure if there are many sales channels for Tochigi sake in Kansai or not. Let's enjoy each other's sake journey in search of new encounters from now on 😊!

It was my first experience with 90% polished rice.
It is a little sweet, but has a traditional sake feel to it.
Personally I am very satisfied 😊.
