The aroma is mild.
It did not interfere with the taste of the sashimi, but had a definite sake feel and was easy to drink.
It is very easy to drink and has a reassuring feel.

It is a summer sake.
It tastes refreshing and light.
I think it tastes refreshing, but I have no idea what it is.
Tochigi summer sake series, part 2.
This brewery is owned by Zenbe Tsuji, but the Tsujikaze brand is probably the only summer sake.
It is a pale blue bottle, but it is shipped in May, so it is okay.
The aroma is very faintly melon-like.
When you drink it, it has a vanilla-like nuance and the umami of rice, and although it expands a little, it is soon gradually lifted by bitterness or pungency.
There is not much difference in taste, but it is a sake that can be drunk casually in summer, but it has umami and is not thin, and one can feel the technical skill of the brewer. It is raw but stable as if it were fire-roasted.
It can be used as a mid-meal drink, in simmered dishes, stir-fried dishes, and salads, and it is especially good with richly flavored simmered dishes, where the umami flavor is present but is also washed out.
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby: 🙇♂️
Tochigi has a lot of sake with a strong umami flavor and a high degree of perfection 😁.
Tsuji Zenbei Shoten seems to have won 9 consecutive gold medals this year, so you can certainly sense their technical skill.
Purchased when I visited Tochigi last month🎶.
Another brand of Tsuji Zenbei that Manachie-san was drinking before? I bought it at a liquor store.
I was at a liquor store and they had Tsuji Zenbei, but this was recommended to me so I bought it 😆.
It has a slight aroma of rice.
Very refreshing 🎶.
It has a strong umami flavor and is easy to drink
It also has a good amount of acidity
It has a dry impression 🤔.
Sake level is ±0, but
It is quite easy to drink as a light dry sake 😋.
It's quite easy to drink for a light dry sake 😍
I noticed after looking at the label
This was a summer sake😅.
Summer sake is often out of the direction of the brewery.
I'll have to try the other ones to see if I like them 👍
Good evening etorannzyu 🌇.

Good evening etorannzyu😄.
I went to a liquor store last month and they recommended summer sake😅.
I feel like I was helped to get rid of the stock😅.
But it was a hit.
OK (((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) ❣️👍
etorannzyu, good morning ☀☀☀ I've never had Tsuji Zenbei 😂❗️I didn't even come to see my review 🤣❗️❗️❗️❗️
I see it often but haven't had it yet, I'll try it next time👍
Good morning T.KISO 😃
This was the first liquor store I went to and this was the only one and the only other one that had this brewery 🤣.
But it was delicious so no problem👍.
Good morning Mr. Manachy 😃.
Sorry 🙇♂️
I wrote this while quite drunk last night.
I had nothing to do with Mr. Manachie 🤣.
And I was talking about a different brand by a different person 😱.

The second summer brew I bought the other day! Gulp down a "Tsuji Kaze" from Tsuji Zenbei Shoten in Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture. It's refreshing while it lasts, and at the end, you get a kick out of the bitterness! It was a refreshing summer drink! Great for a midday drink...
