Ishikawa-mon, a new sake rice developed in Ishikawa Prefecture.
It has a gentle and sweet taste.
It is fresh and gaseous, which is delicious in this type of sake.
I would rather drink this by itself than with a meal.
Impressive sweet and gorgeous aroma.
The sweetness is packed, delicious, but not too much.
I've been drinking too much of this type of sake lately, and I'm craving a dry, gusty, dry sake.
Slightly nice aroma
Soft mouthfeel
Gentle sweetness and a smooth, smooth finish.
Slightly lower alcohol content (13%).
Oh no, I'm going to have a bottle!
gorgeous aroma
Beautiful taste with sweetness spreading
Dry and crisp finish
A sake to drink with good food.
Today I happened to have some spring bonito 😋.
Slightly gassy, with a hint of ochre.
No aroma, smooth on the palate, quite crisp and sharp
Just right with leatherfish liver.
Personally, I would like a little more sweetness.
Rice polishing ratio 80percent
A sake with a powerful flavor, acidity, and a full, thick texture.
It's addictive!
It's amazing how well balanced it is at this level!
The label says, "Innocence is the absence of mixture, simplicity."
That's exactly what it is. And yet, it has a nice balance of rice flavor and acidity.
It's good!
I love Sharaku and I love that.
The difference is that it is dry, with a moderate aroma and no acidity, and you can feel the flavor of the rice. This is a bad one.
Personally, I don't like one over the other, but I enjoy the differences between them.
This Miyaizumi is distributed within the prefecture, while Sharaku is nationwide.
I want to ask for it when I meet somewhere.
