Soft mouthfeel
Gentle sweetness and a smooth, smooth finish.
Slightly lower alcohol content (13%).
Oh no, I'm going to have a bottle!
gorgeous aroma
Beautiful taste with sweetness spreading
Dry and crisp finish
A sake to drink with good food.
Today I happened to have some spring bonito 😋.
Slightly gassy, with a hint of ochre.
No aroma, smooth on the palate, quite crisp and sharp
Just right with leatherfish liver.
Personally, I would like a little more sweetness.
Rice polishing ratio 80percent
A sake with a powerful flavor, acidity, and a full, thick texture.
It's addictive!
It's amazing how well balanced it is at this level!
The label says, "Innocence is the absence of mixture, simplicity."
That's exactly what it is. And yet, it has a nice balance of rice flavor and acidity.
It's good!
I love Sharaku and I love that.
The difference is that it is dry, with a moderate aroma and no acidity, and you can feel the flavor of the rice. This is a bad one.
Personally, I don't like one over the other, but I enjoy the differences between them.
This Miyaizumi is distributed within the prefecture, while Sharaku is nationwide.
I want to ask for it when I meet somewhere.
I don't like the sweetness of Ottersai, but
I don't like the sweetness of Ottersai, but with this namaishu, the aftertaste is not so sweet.
I like the elegant dry sake feeling in the mouth.
It would be better if it had a bit of gas and volume.
On the other hand, it is very easy to drink.
Gorgeous sweetness spreads like a puff.
A sense of volume with a strong sense of rice.
Crisp acidity and a sense of gas
It is a complexly balanced sake with many faces.
You don't need anything else, you can just keep drinking.
