I love Sharaku and I love that.
The difference is that it is dry, with a moderate aroma and no acidity, and you can feel the flavor of the rice. This is a bad one.
Personally, I don't like one over the other, but I enjoy the differences between them.
This Miyaizumi is distributed within the prefecture, while Sharaku is nationwide.
I want to ask for it when I meet somewhere.
I don't like the sweetness of Ottersai, but
I don't like the sweetness of Ottersai, but with this namaishu, the aftertaste is not so sweet.
I like the elegant dry sake feeling in the mouth.
It would be better if it had a bit of gas and volume.
On the other hand, it is very easy to drink.
Gorgeous sweetness spreads like a puff.
A sense of volume with a strong sense of rice.
Crisp acidity and a sense of gas
It is a complexly balanced sake with many faces.
You don't need anything else, you can just keep drinking.
On the back label, it says that the aroma is suppressed and the taste is sharp like a Japanese sword.
It has too little aroma and just leaves a dry spicy taste.
Anyway, it is spicy.
It's so good to drink that sake lovers may not be able to resist it.
It has a rich sweetness and then a crisp dry taste.
I like sake, but the weight is a little disturbing.
The taste is smooth, light and slightly dry.
It is lighter than Harushika and gentle to drink.
You will not get tired of drinking it because of the good water.
It has a sweet flavor, and when you take a sip of it, you can feel and taste the fullness typical of unpasteurized sake.
The first flavour seems to divide the taste buds.
Anyway, this is a well-balanced sake.
Everything is not overly assertive, and the fresh, raw feel of the hiya-oroshi is delicious.
It has no characteristics.
Yum 😋
Popular with Imadeya? Recommendations? I bought it out of the fridge in my hand because it was second place.
The aroma is clear, not too sweet.
The taste is not too light, but firm and solid.
And yet, it has a clean aftertaste. No messiness!
If you're a drinker, you'll like it.
