I am a resident of Hyogo Prefecture. Asago City (Asagoshi) is, of course, easily readable, but I never thought to call Takezumi "Chikusen"... I thought it was "Takeizumi". Kanji is difficult to read. It is dry. It doesn't feel fruity, but it is delicious, including the aftertaste. I had it with shish-kebabs. It goes well with it!

The label is very cute. It is modeled after "Hondo Okojo" from Aomori Prefecture. It is good! I thought so after the first sip. It felt sweet, but not so much after the second sip. It is moderately fruity. It was very easy to drink.

What shall we do? I feel good from the beginning. It's still Tuesday... This is the stand that has served us several times since last year. I was greeted with a New Year's greeting! This means we are confirmed regular customers (laughs). We started here with "Kisoji KISOJI" winter pure Shiboritate! After the fruitiness, it tastes like cotton candy. This is a cotton candy of confidence. I felt that in my mouth after finishing the drink. It was my first time to feel it. I was a little impressed! This is a completely unknown sake. I didn't know it could taste so good.... Sake is deep. ~~~~~

Good morning, Jay & Nobby! I got drunk and had a duplicate review. Embarrassing~! The label on the bottle said "The Closest Sake Brewery from the Stars". How stylish~!

Hi Pekkar 🐦. Looks delicious - I'd love to drink it ❣️ Kisoji, I see it's now sold outside of my hometown 😳. Lovely expression ✨I passed by it when I was walking along the Nakasendo, it was indeed a high place 😊.

Hello, Pon-chan! I didn't know that there were so many local sake products! I'm lucky to have come across them! Here in Japan, a sake drama called "Arabashiri" will start at midnight today. I'm really looking forward to it!

I took a sip and said, "Yum! I couldn't help but say. Your post was about winter honeysuckle.... Well, I want to drink it. It's not too spicy. It is not too sweet. It is a soft and gentle bear~. The taste is firmly asserted, but I can't describe what it is...(sweat)

I was going to drink today. So I bought some turmeric power at Tsuruhashi station. However, the direction has changed greatly. (See my post a while ago) Okura Honke Ekimaenomise at Gotodo station in Nara was closed. I drank two cups of Toyoshuku because of the hasty change. That is not enough. So, the last and final drink was Rokujyosu in the neighborhood. The sake level was -4. I did not feel it was sweet. It has a nice sharpness. The accompaniment was marinated onion and prosciutto ham. This went surprisingly well with the sake.
