It's been a while since I've been to Kaze no Mori. This is the first time for me to heat sake. I didn't have any special equipment. I warmed it up just as I saw fit. I put the cup in a pot of boiling water and heated it. It was probably about 35 degrees Celsius. There was a sticker on it that changed color. I took out the cup and sipped it. My image of heated sake is Aki Yashiro's Funauta. It was like, "If you drink it deeply, you will feel it deeply..." But I drank it without hesitation. The aroma is nice. The fruity flavor of Kaze no Mori is the same. Although I did not prepare it, I thought it would be good with grilled squid as a side dish. The flavor was very clean and spread nicely on the palate with no cloying taste. The aftertaste is also very refreshing. I thought it was very tasty! I also had it with cold sake. This is the usual Kaze no Mori. This is the first time for me to taste a kijoshu. I felt like there was a lingering aftertaste after drinking it.

Last year around this time, I took Kaorin to an izakaya called Rikimaru, which I frequent a lot 😀 I was served with Shinsei and Jikin, and she said it was the best one among them. Kaorin said it was the best of the three 🤣 Last year I looked for a bottle to drink at home, but the timing wasn't right. Last year we tried to find a bottle to drink at home but the timing wasn't right and we couldn't bring it to our house. It is sweet and delicious, but has a strong core and is a beautiful sake! Kaorin was also satisfied after drinking a beautiful, clear, sweet sake for the first time in a while 😀.

Continuing from yesterday's post-Halloween party, today we had a cup of Takachiyo-san's Sakazukin-chan 😀 ❓❓❓ Is it just me or did today's Junmai Ginjo seem more fruity than yesterday's Takachiyo-san? Is it just me or did the Junmai Ginjo I got today seem more fruity than the Junmai Daiginjo Takachiyosan I got yesterday ❓🤣. To me, the Junmai Ginjo I got today tasted better, but I guess that's just a matter of taste 🤣. I guess you can't go wrong with HiraganaTakachiyosan after all😇.

Birthday week is coming to a close 😀. Today we opened a bottle of Shinmasa as yesterday, but since yesterday was Cosmos, we opened a bottle of Tenkaeru today 😀 Kaorin loves nigori and sparkling sake. Kaorin loves nigori and sparkling sake, so she is overjoyed to hear that we are opening a bottle of Amanagashi 😇. And every time she says this is not sake 😅. This is sake 🤣. But it's definitely delicious😇 What surprised me more than that was Kinjaku-san on the 3rd day of opening 🙆. Even though it's the 3rd day, the firm fruitiness is no less than Shinmasa's 😀. No, no, they are all delicious and gorgeous 😇

Thanks for all the congratulatory comments yesterday 🙏. Today is the night after my birthday 🤣. From the night before to yesterday I was deciding what to drink, but from today I'm going to open the bottle with a bang 😀. I'll start with Niimasa 😀. We couldn't get No.6, but we went for Niimasa, so there were quite a lot of them 😀. Among them, we opened a bottle of Cosmos for the autumn season 😇. The comparison with Golden Chun Chun and 65/13 on the second day of the opening was gorgeous 😀. However, I still think Golden Chun Chun is better than Cosmos for its overwhelming presence in the mouth and the flavor that spreads in the mouth and remains for a long time 😅. However, all the sakes we had today were outstandingly delicious 😇

Birthday eve😇 Today we opened a bottle of 65/13 by Tanaka Rokugo 😀. Actually, this sake is the one I was allowed to drink on my birthday last year😇 Starting with last year's birthday and ending with the day before this year's birthday 😀. I've had a lot of Tanaka Rokuugo over the past year at home and out for drinks, and this 65/13 is my favorite of all the Tanaka Rokuugo sakes 😇. Of course, it could be said that memories are part of the taste 🙆🙆 I'm glad that sake is gradually becoming part of my memories 😇. By the way, there is a brewery, Shiraito Shuzo, in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where the current morning drama is set, and they brew this sake using Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima 😀. Whenever I watch the morning drama and see Yui riding her bicycle through the rice paddies, I am always impressed by the fact that the sake was brewed in such a beautiful place with Yamada Nishiki grown in such a beautiful place😇.

I bought a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki at Hasegawa Sake Shop in the past, but when I thought I hadn't seen it at any liquor stores in the Kansai region, I found it at Imanaka Sake Shop. It doesn't say, but it looks like it's a raw sake. I bought it because I had a good impression of Junmai Ginjo Hi-ire in the past. It tastes like apple and muscat. Gentle mouthfeel and gentle sweetness. There is also a fair amount of acidity. No spiciness or bitterness. It tastes just as good as the hi-ire.

It says it is unfiltered, though it is written in small letters. The rice used is Sakahomare. It is fresh, gassy, and has a cool, sweet flavor. It has a peach-like flavor. It also has a refreshing feeling. The moment the flavor disappears, you can feel a strong flavor coming in. It is said to be sold out this year. I had always avoided Tsuneyama because I had the image that they had a lot of dry sake. I thought this one might be okay, so I bought it, and I was right. It is delicious with a gentle spring-like sweetness. This brewery is located in the city. Walking distance from Fukui Station.

They are a former distributor of Hana-no-Kou. I wish they would sell Sanchi. I don't have a car so I walked from Kinunobashi station 🏃 and walked back to Kawanishi Noseguchi 💦. I thought it was unusual to see Shinsei on the store shelves, so I asked the insta-girl-like clerk about it, and she told me that I had to purchase more than 3,300 yen to create a member's card. The membership fee is 500 yen, but you get 500 points instead. I was also made to write a pledge that I would not resell the products 🤣I've never seen anything like this before, and even though it's Colors, there are conditions. It seems to have more of a wood vat feel in Colors. I don't know about Ash and Earth because I haven't had them. It's pretty fresh, gassy, and clean. The sweetness lasts for a long time. The acidity is strong. It is citrusy. Personally, I prefer Lapis and Ecru. Oh, I also like Viridian😇.
