ぺっかーる
The last one is a sake from Akashi City. I have always been curious about this brewery.
I stopped by last summer. However, it was closed. Finally, I was able to taste it!
It has a nice aroma. Banana, perhaps? Smooth and smooth. It has a sweetness, but it finishes with a sharp edge. It may be super dry.
We are very satisfied with the delicious food and sake. Thank you very much for the meal!
