The end of year nigori sakes all sounded good, but given that I can't drink that much and the capacity of my home refrigerator, I decided to limit myself to two bottles. I had to choose between Senkou Yukidaruma and Hirotogawa Nigori, both of which I have never had before, but I chose Hirotogawa because of my taste and preference this year. Normally Hirotogawa is not so sweet, but I thought it would be a little sweeter with the ori. I had a feeling of expectation. The result was very good as I expected!

As I was thinking about what to drink in December, I was looking at sake related YouTube and Sake-no-Waya, and I saw that Kido's Omachi was out. Natsu no Shippu was refreshing and light, but I thought it would be good with Omachi... so I chose this. The flavor of the Omachi came quickly, and then it cut cleanly. It is a beautiful sake that cuts like a Japanese sword.

According to the inscription on the back of this saké, it was described as "a standard saké that goes along with the mainstream of Tenmei," so I thought it would be a good sake to start drinking. It's fresh and sweet, but the balance of sweetness and acidity is well balanced, so there's no stress. The only thing that stresses me out is the tightness of the sake lid. I'm not sure if it's just me being incompetent...?

I enjoyed the Matarimari Cat I drank in summer, so I tried this after autumn. It's not too sweet and not too spicy, but it's nice with the rice flavor and a slight sense of maturity. It goes with grilled fish.

In early November, I think it was the beginning of November, I stopped by Ikebukuro Seibu, and I couldn't resist buying one. They seem to sell it a few times a year in a big scale. I hadn't tasted it in a while, and I was surprised at how gorgeous and sweet it was. She is a female Toji, but she is quite aggressive.

I haven't been drinking Miyamanishiki lately, but I decided that I didn't need that much, so I chose this one, even though it was released a while ago. It was elegant and clear, and I enjoyed it. This series is still good.

I've been going to Masu Shin Shuten, but this doburoku has been on my mind for several years. When I stopped by the store the other day, there was a wooden sign that said "Juni-Roku is available" and, of course, the actual bottle was there. I hadn't drunk it recently, but I thought I would definitely like it, as I like drinking amazake at a temple teahouse, so I bought it for the first time. I heard that the sourness comes on gradually after opening the bottle, but even on the first day, it was sweet but not drippy because of the carbonation. It's 5% alcohol content, so I drank it every other day for 10 days at the beginning of the evening instead of beer, and I could enjoy the gradual sourness and change. It's similar to kimchi in the sense that I enjoy the acidity and fermentation😆. It has a less alcoholic, sweet and sour taste than other brands I've had before, and is of natural origin. I'm looking forward to the Sentry Snowman next.

I stumbled upon it at a liquor store in June and bought it. The first time I saw it, there was a tag around the neck of the bottle stating that the best before date was the end of September. It was a waste of time, but it was now in October, so I opened the bottle with all my might! Smooth on the palate, acidity and sweetness, lactic acidity, white grapes and lemon peel. The aftertaste feels fruity and astringent. I thought when I drank Essence, I really can't believe it's made from rice.

I bought this one because I enjoyed the Special Junmai. K-san at Sake Lab was right, it was delicious cold or at room temperature. It's great warmed up, too. It's a mid-meal type of sake, but it has a wide range of flavors, so I want to keep it on hand for evening drinks.

I met the figure at a standing bar in Shinjuku this year, and after a while of drinking Omachi and Kame no O, I bought a jacket of this bottle that I saw at a liquor store in Saitama. The bottle was a bit old-fashioned, and the letters in inverted form were too cool... They say it changes from year to year, but this year it's a blended blend of Yamadanishiki, Omachi and Hitogokoro. The richness of the flavor, even in its normal form, is enhanced with more depth and complexity, but it's not chaotic.

This is the first time for this cargo tag sake. The carbonation is strong right after opening the bottle, and the freshness of the bottle-fire and the sharp taste of Omachi come together at once. The crispness is good. I'm sure that's what it means when it's described as "spicy" on the endorsement. I recommend drinking it as soon as possible, as the spiciness will disappear as it gets older.

Akatake is the first one since snow. It's a low ale sake made from white koji, so it's fragrant and smooth to drink. The taste is half and half pear and half grapefruit with a pleasant acidity. It is like a white wine, but it is much easier to drink than white wine.

I bought it in May, but due to the wait for my turn, I finally opened the bottle. I've been drinking more than two bottles of sake that don't taste the same, up to a maximum of four. Aiyama's sweetness, volume and umami are well expressed in this sake, yet it has a high degree of completeness. The aroma is slightly different, but it reminded me of the old Aiyama of Kudokuye. It was the first time I drank it in the Natsumasake Ocean 99. The common image I had was that it had a nice and fresh flavor and taste. The image of Yokoyama is similar to that of Ocean 99. I think I'll buy Yokoyama next.

The aroma is of cemedine, which I liked at Niigata ABE. The bitterness that makes it crisp is also very pleasing. There is almost no alcoholic flavor, and the dryness, umami, and sweetness are just right, and it is not tiring to drink. It is a well-balanced sake. At 1,300 yen including tax, it will be very popular.

Hello. I'm a fan of Niigata Abeno too. I think the green label, which is just the middle of the bottom of this musical instrument Masamune's Bessen, is more cosmetic.

Thank you for your comment. It's called Honjozo Chu-tori, isn't it? I catch a glimpse of it when I go to Kakinuma's and I'm drawn to it, but there's just too much of it that looks good!

It's been a long time since I've visited Shuhou. I found information on the liquor store's website about the arrival of a bottle of Shuhou's one-year-aged sake, and I thought it was inexpensive and tasty... but I had another sake to buy (Abeno Blue), so I thought I'd have to pass this time. Later, when we went to the store to look at it, we saw a delicious-looking "ice-cold-aged" sign, and after 10 minutes of debating in front of the fridge, we decided to buy it! Fruity, well flavored, yet coherent and delicious. I'm glad I bought it, and for 1,300 yen excluding tax, it's unbeatable.

A friend of mine lives in Okazaki, so I was curious to try it. It's sweet, a little acidic, and a little spicy at the end. The aroma is moderate. With the cute bottle design, I thought it would be sweet and savory, but it had an unexpected taste. While I was enjoying my taste buds, I drank it all while I was puzzled.

We invited the head of the production department at Sharaku to create a new brand of Hishiko. This Junmai Ginjo has a puffy, sweet taste that is different from the existing image of Niigata. Junmai Daiginjo has a slightly less sweet taste and has a crispness, which was unexpected. Personally, it was a little too sweet, but I liked the taste.

Where I bought the Sentry Stink Bug but was out of stock, I got one of the three bottles featured in the recommendation. Purchase. It is not too sweet, but has a good flavor and cuts well. It's a little sweet as a mid-meal drink, but it has a good balance that you can drink without getting bored. It's soft and gentle.

It's a refreshing, summer drink. The design of the kabutomushi was cute, and I wanted to get a bottle, so I bought a quadruple bottle. In terms of taste, I prefer Koei-Kiku, but if I was sweating and thirsty, I'd have the first drink here. Maybe.
