The end of year nigori sakes all sounded good, but given that I can't drink that much and the capacity of my home refrigerator, I decided to limit myself to two bottles.
I had to choose between Senkou Yukidaruma and Hirotogawa Nigori, both of which I have never had before, but I chose Hirotogawa because of my taste and preference this year.
Normally Hirotogawa is not so sweet, but I thought it would be a little sweeter with the ori. I had a feeling of expectation. The result was very good as I expected!
