On the first day, the moment the bottle was opened, it was gassy and full of anticipation. The first sip after pouring, the sweetness spreads after a swirling sensation on the tongue, and it is very tasty. It was the first time I had this sensation.
After the second day, the gas gradually disappeared, and it was a good sake with a mellow taste.

The carbon dioxide gas from the fermentation process makes the heaviness of the sweetness and umami of the rice taste refreshing and different.

It has a refreshing aftertaste with acidity and spiciness, and is good as a mealtime sake.
It is better with a meal than by itself because it is less fruity.
