This is my first Hakutsuru Nishiki Jyushiro.
I haven't had many kinds yet, but is it less sweet and juicy than other Jyushidai? It's a very strong aroma and flavor, but it's also very tasty. But it is also delicious. The blue label is cool.
CSW2023 was not able to drink slowly due to the crowd, so we chased sake at night.
First time, Ni-Utsuri.
The balance of sweetness and sourness is exquisite.
The label is also fun to look at.
CSW 2023.
I drank it because it was a CSW limited edition, not for sale.
It has a strong rice flavor and a profound feeling, but the aftertaste is refreshing and delicious.
CSW2023.
The Mari label seems to be designed by Mari Okazaki, a cartoonist and the eldest daughter of the three Okazaki Sake Brewery sisters.
The aroma is fruity. Overall taste is light and calm.
A little bitterness? Maybe it's just my imagination.
It was delicious to drink sake outside.
Drinking at home. Forgot to put it up.
Junmai Daiginjo.
It was a trophy from a one-day trip to Mie.
On the first day, the aroma spread as soon as I opened the bottle, and it was so amazing that I could smell the sweet aroma even from a distance!
As the day went on, the aroma faded, but the fruity flavor stayed with you. It was great.
This is a Mie sake that was somehow given to me at an inn in Kamakura.
It has a slight sweetness and a crisp dry aftertaste.
It is a delicious sake to drink while watching the sea.
Everything tastes better when you are looking at the sea, right?
First time, Kamo Nishiki.
I wanted to try this brand.
I heard it had just been opened, and it was delicious and shrieky. I wonder if all Kamo Nishiki has this kind of gassy feeling.
I might try to buy some at a liquor store.
Jyushidai drinking comparison.
Junmai Daiginjo of the Dragon's Bastard.
I learned that Ryu no Ochiko is used only in Jyushidai.
I learned a lot.
It is more refreshing than Junmai-Daiginjo, but both have a strong sweetness, so I can only say they are good after all! LOL!
I want to drink it again.
Jyushidai drink comparison.
Junmai Ginjo, the bastard son of Ryu.
I learned that "Ryu" is read as "Tatsu", not "Ryu". I learned a lot.
It was sweeter than Junmai Daiginjo, and the sweetness seemed to increase as it gradually cooled down.
It is soooo delicious!
Overnight trip to Kamakura. Drinking comparison.
It had a sweet taste and was delicious.
The alcohol content is said to be low, so you can drink it in large gulps.
Overnight trip to Kamakura. Drinking comparison.
Probably the first sake from Kanagawa.
It is delicious with a refreshing aftertaste after the alcohol feeling. Classic.
First time, Chiebijin.
It was delicious, with a refreshingly sour aftertaste with a hint of apple. But sourness is still my weak point.
It is delicious, though.
First time to drink Jyushiyo Nakadori.
It is fruity and has a nice aroma.
Every Jyushidai is delicious, no matter which one you drink.
No doubt about it!
First time, Sentori. Home drinking.
Apple? Muscat? I had heard that SENKYO is known for its acidity, and it really is!
Even I, who do not like sourness, can drink it with this sourness.
I would like to try the classic version.
First time to drink Hiraizumi. As I started to drink it, the sourness kept coming and finally disappeared. However, it is not my favorite because it is mainly sour. It is not so harsh that even I can drink it.
