This is my first Hakutsuru Nishiki Jyushiro.
I haven't had many kinds yet, but is it less sweet and juicy than other Jyushidai? It's a very strong aroma and flavor, but it's also very tasty. But it is also delicious. The blue label is cool.

The Mari label seems to be designed by Mari Okazaki, a cartoonist and the eldest daughter of the three Okazaki Sake Brewery sisters.
The aroma is fruity. Overall taste is light and calm.
A little bitterness? Maybe it's just my imagination.
It was delicious to drink sake outside.

Junmai Daiginjo.
It was a trophy from a one-day trip to Mie.
On the first day, the aroma spread as soon as I opened the bottle, and it was so amazing that I could smell the sweet aroma even from a distance!
As the day went on, the aroma faded, but the fruity flavor stayed with you. It was great.

Junmai Ginjo, the bastard son of Ryu.
I learned that "Ryu" is read as "Tatsu", not "Ryu". I learned a lot.
It was sweeter than Junmai Daiginjo, and the sweetness seemed to increase as it gradually cooled down.
