The initial mouthfeel is like water. Then the sweet and tangy taste comes at the same time. The conclusion is that you can drink it without hesitation. w
I received this sake as a souvenir from Shikoku🍶.
It is sweet on the palate, followed by a piquant sensation that goes right through to the nose. I guess it is the sweetness of the 35% Yamadanishiki ratio. But it is good that it is not just sweet 😊🍶.
It is dry, but there is a gentle sweetness(?) around the beginning. It has a little bit of sweetness at the beginning and then a nice tangy feeling from there.
We received this sake from a brewery that was affected by the disaster 12 years ago.
So it's been 12 years....
I like the way it tastes as it goes smoothly through the nose 😊🍶.
