Junmai Daiginjo Hiroshima Senbon Nishiki from Amami.
As it is somehow the season of cherry blossoms, I wanted to feel the fresh breeze and wanted to drink Amami.
This Junmai Daiginjo is very fruity when chilled as the weather is getting a little warmer! The lingering aftertaste is also refreshing, with a fresh, slight effervescence like a spring breeze passing down your throat!
It is so delicious. Today, I made tempura and matched it with tempura.
