We opened the bottle just as the temperature was dropping because we knew it was a sake that could be enjoyed lukewarm. It was a delicious sake with a mild aroma and mouthfeel, with a deep, spicy flavor that spread down the back of the throat and cut cleanly.

I felt I wanted a little more sweetness in the first sip, but as I drank it, I was hooked. This sake is light and clear, but has a good umami flavor that makes you want to buy it again!

Kagero-san, I haven't had Masayo-san's Narukami yet, but I have to say that sometimes I get hooked on dry sake because I can taste the umami more and more as I drink more of it 🤤.

Thanks for your comment ma-ki-. It was really dangerous to drink more and more during the day if I wasn't careful. ☺️

My first Miyazaki sake. The sweetness spreads in the mouth at first and is very tasty! It is a delicious sake, although the bitterness left a little too strong for my liking.

My favorite sake! Perfect balance of flavors. I always get a great snowy mountain range when climbing in the Northern Alps in the summer, so this is a special sake that always reminds me of the twilight of the Northern Alps when I taste it.

Good evening, Kagero-san. I have a favorite sake 🎵. Sake served in the twilight of climbing in the Alps - I can imagine a wonderful scene 🌇.

The moment you open the bottle, you will be surprised by the sweet aroma. The sweetness and sourness linked to the aroma, and the bitterness that is a bit stronger than the others, are very tasty!
