Junmai Daiginjo, I think. It seems that they mistakenly thought that they had finished planting only one field of rice and went home. The aroma is fruity. The taste is fruity and great.

Aroma is light but clean Taste is also clean. It is said to be similar to Shuho. The yeast seems to be No. 10 yeast.

2018 brewing I wonder if it's rare to find an unfiltered, unfiltered, undiluted, undiluted, undiluted, undiluted, undiluted sake that is old. I've never heard of this brand before. I heard that Yatagata is wholesaling it. Almost no aroma. The taste is not sharp. It is not round either. I was told that it tingles, but I don't feel it that much. I thought so, but when I bite into it, I feel a tingle. I can feel the sourness of pineapple. I heard that the quality control is very strict, so it is completely different from so-called "aged sake".
