かえぴょん
The sake was created by President Satoshi Kusaka and Director Yuya Tange (both working in the TV industry at the time), who met through NHK's program production. It has a slight effervescence and is refreshing. It is similar to Mio, but less sweet than Mio, so it goes well with food. Sweet ★★★★⭐︎☆ Refreshing★★★★⭐︎☆

Less fruity. Becomes spicier in the middle and more spicy in the aftertaste. It becomes more and more delicious as the temperature rises. Enjoy the time difference.

Extremely dry, but with less of an aftertaste. but the aftertaste is not so tangy. The aftertaste is not so sharp, and you can feel the dryness through the throat. Almost no sweetness. But that's what makes it so delicious.
