We received a sake from a project called "Edo Somei Mura.
It is crisp.

Probably the first Nagasaki sake I have ever encountered.
The first sip, hmm? Dark! That's the impression I got.
The richness is made up of umami, bitterness, and a slight carbonic acidic stimulus. Finally, there is the scent of rice.
