We ordered some Nagasaki's crowfish, so we opened a bottle of sake from Nagasaki, also from Nagasaki (and the premium rice is made from edible rice from Hirado, Nikomaru), called Tobiran. This definitely puts a smile on my face😊.

Today we opened a bottle of this co. It is a sake made from Koshihikari rice, which we received as a crowdfunding return gift. Despite the high alcohol content, it was very gentle. It goes great with shira sashimi 🙌.
