Today's drink of the day is here: 💁♂️
This is JAPAN SODA from Hyogo Prefecture.
It has a light aftertaste, so it is easy to pair with anything as a food sake 😊.
Today's drink of the day is here: 💁♂️
From Niigata, we have Kikusui New Rice New Sake Funaguchi.
I have a deep attachment to this classic sake, as it was the first sake I tasted and drank in college. I was a college student and I was very impressed with this sake.
We will open today's beverage of the day at 💁♂️
This is Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Nama Sake from Fukushima Prefecture.
The aroma and the first impact of the alcohol taste is a bit like lychee, and in my opinion, it is delicious without question.
I really love the sake from Fukushima Prefecture☺.
We opened today's drink here: 💁♂️
This is TENRANZAN Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo Tachiharu Asa Shibori from Saitama Prefecture. It has a fruity aroma with just the right amount of alcohol and a tangy texture. I don't dislike it! I love this kind of sake!
This is the debut of Tachiharu Asashibori, but next year I would like to compare various kinds of sake.
Today's drink of the day is here: 💁♂️
Comet METEORITE Junmai Ginjo from Nagano Prefecture.
The aroma is weak and fruity, with a hint of rice on the palate. This is a good sake for a meal 😋 It is a bit like Gelgoog for Char?
Today, we opened this bottle: 💁♂️
Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo from Miyagi Prefecture.
As one would expect from a sake that claims to be "the ultimate food sake," it has an unobtrusive aroma, yet it has an excellent sharpness, and the taste has a strong, consistent core that is very satisfying. It is a sake that makes me want to try all kinds of pairings.
Today's beverage of the day is this one 💁.
It's Tenzan Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-zake, named after the local Shuho. It's been a super long time since I've had the Tenzan brand, but this was seriously delicious 😋.
I can only say that it is as good as it sounds 🙌🙌🙌🙌
Today we opened a bottle of this drink💁.
It is Amami Junmai Daiginjo Banshu Aizan from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Once again, we are taking the time to savor and drink the Amami brewed by Mr. Fujioka, and this sweetness that comes in the middle of the schwartziness is, to put it mildly, fantastic 😭.
Shirasazatiko Hatsushibori Junmai Nama from Kanagawa Prefecture.
When I used to live in Hadano on a mid-term business trip, I used to drink Shirasadazuki when it was sold as a Hadano specialty. It is a very nostalgic feeling that goes into this wine, which is typical of a famous water village. ☺️ If possible, I would like to drink it with tonzuke (pork-based pickles).
Today we opened this bottle 💁.
It is Hakonezan Ginjo Ginjo Ginkara from Kanagawa Prefecture.
It is a classic type, with umami and acidity like a jab, but it has a light aftertaste.
If we were to compare it to Pokemon, it would be like pudding.
Today we opened a bottle of this drink💁.
It is Kuroemon Jugendai Kuroemon Namaoto Junmai Kinmon Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture.
This is it, this is it! The confidence I felt when I drank Seiki before has turned into conviction. Nama-hashiroshi + Kinmon-nishiki = something delicious (compared to ours)!
I think I'll drink this one warmed up too: ☺️
We opened this drink today💁.
It is Comet BENNETT Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori from Nagano Prefecture.
It has a clean, fruity taste, just like green apples🍏. In my opinion, it is definitely better to drink it cold.
For today's drink, we open this bottle💁.
This is Hiran Classic from Nagasaki Prefecture.
The distribution is limited to Nagasaki Prefecture, and the moment you sip it, you can feel the alcohol that is 14 degrees but still firm, this is a gem that you can feel that this baby has the same roots as Philando. ☺️
Today's beverage of the day is this one.
It is Yamasan Yamasumi Yamakaze Light Nigori from Nagano Prefecture.
The fruity aroma spreads from the moment you open the bottle, and when you pour it, you will be greeted with a light cloudiness that bubbles up.
Once in the mouth, it has a moderate but strong acidity and umami flavor. This is a sake that can be drunk forever.
Today's beverage of the day is this bottle.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo from our hometown, Saga.
It has a mild and lingering flavor that will keep you drinking it for a long time. ☺️
Since today is Sake Day, let's start with sake 🍶🍶.
Here is today's drink 💁.
It is Shirobotan Frozen Junmai Namaishu Hyoka from Hiroshima.
The acidity is not too assertive from the mouthfeel and umami, which is only possible with nama-shu...it's a mellow feeling sake. ☺️
Today's beverage of the day is this one 💁.
It is a Junmai Ginjo Omachi from Akita Prefecture.
It is a fruity sake, with a sweetness that comes in quickly, followed by sourness and bitterness. It was a sweet and delicious taste.
Today's drink is here 💁.
It is Tosatsuru Limited Tank Pressing Junmai Daiginjo Harazake from Kochi Prefecture.
The fruity aroma tickled my nostrils and the taste was of ripe bananas with a hint of bitterness.
Today's drink of the day is opening this bottle 💁.
It is a rice and apple from Akita Prefecture, Japan, stored in oak barrels.
The aroma is mild, but once you put it in your mouth, the fruitiness (not in an orangy way) is assertive. It's like a good juice.
If you let it come to room temperature for a bit, the apple and a bit of a squashy feeling will make you smile. ☺️
