Finally, I got the sake Niimasa that I had longed for. The regular price is reasonable, but at an auction it costs more than three times as much, but I didn't miss my chance to buy it (I'm impressed.
The animal series is limited to one bottle per person, and I chose the flax cat.
When I opened it, I was immediately enveloped by a sweet aroma like baked sweets. When I drank it while being thankful that I was able to open it at home, the image I had was of a soft and fluffy texture. Even though it is sparkling, the fermentation effect makes it easy to drink without being harsh, and I was intoxicated by the feeling of eating a dessert. It was almost the first sake that did not feel like fruit, and I had a strong impression that I had never had anything like this before.
