I checked in two together, although they are from different breweries. This was my first time drinking Dateseven, but this time the stars of the show were Katsuyama and Sumisuirie, a pair of Orihime and Hikoboshi label types, so I tried them both. Orihime was easier to drink for me, but both were spicy and sharp, and I felt they were suitable for a mid-meal drink. I think it is a good sake with more umami than sweetness. I think Dateseven makes a different one every time, so I would like to drink next year's if I have a chance.
