Sake meter degree +9 Acidity 1.7 吉報シモサI checked in two together, although they are from different breweries. This was my first time drinking Dateseven, but this time the stars of the show were Katsuyama and Sumisuirie, a pair of Orihime and Hikoboshi label types, so I tried them both.
Orihime was easier to drink for me, but both were spicy and sharp, and I felt they were suitable for a mid-meal drink. I think it is a good sake with more umami than sweetness.
