吉報シモサ
Machida Shuzo's Gohyakumangoku special junmai found in a remote area of Kushiro. The owner told me about the various Machida Sake breweries and I decided to try this one. When I tried it, it was just like a white wine. It is the kind of sake that makes you want to eat meat dishes.
It is quite a tasty sake...but...
It was good at first, but as I drank it, I thought the acidity was a little strong.
I looked at the back of the bottle and found that the production date was six months ago. I thought that since it was a draft sake, it would be ready to drink in about three months. Since I opened the sealed bottle, I hope it will settle down after some time, but I will be careful next time.
