I went to a local liquor store and found a new rice from Toyo Bijin, so I bought it. I drank it with high expectations, as Hazhu Honor is the same rice used for Jyushiyo.
I knew Toyo Bijin would be like this. It has a fresh feel on the palate. From the very first shot, I was filled with joy. After that, the sweetness circulated moderately, and the taste, which at first I thought was fruity, was established with a rice-like flavor. The spiciness and miscellaneous tastes appear when you drink it with different ingredients, and they suppress the sweetness perfectly.
It is a good sake.
Toyo Bijin is delicious after all.
I can't wait to enjoy it with various rice substitutes. I enjoyed it tonight with smoked scallops. Thank you very much.
