I bought Yamadanishiki, which was recommended by a liquor store, to try other kinds of nigori besides Hirotogawa nigori.
It has a soft sourness and sweetness.
There's some astringency in the second half, but it's also mellow.
I think it's versatile on its own or with food🤔.
