I bought a packet of Mutsu Hachisen's recently released summer ginjo.
The first thing that attracted me was its refreshing appearance. It is cool and perfect for the current hot weather. The taste is also refreshing, with a low alcohol content of 14%, a refreshing sweetness, and a gentle effervescence, just like an "adult's cider. The pop sound like champagne when the bottle is opened also stimulated my desire to drink. Even though it is fire-brewed, this gaseous sensation is amazing.
